Create and manage sample requests to share with your suppliers. Easily track all requested samples in one place.

Access the Product

1. Go to the Product Library.
2. Select the product for which you want to request a sample.

1. Navigate to the Samples tab.
2. Click + New Sample Request.

Complete the Sample Request Form

In the side window, fill out the following fields. Please note mandatory fields must be completed to create the request:

1. (Optional) Select the Development Stage from the dropdown menu.
2. (Optional) Choose the Supplier from the dropdown menu.
3. (Mandatory) The Sample Request Name will be auto-generated based on the selected stage and supplier.
4. (Optional) Select a Tech Pack export file if needed.
5. (Mandatory) Specify the Color and Size(s) of the samples requested.
6. Click + Create Request.

View Your Sample Request Overview

After creating the request, you’ll see an overview that includes:

1. A list of samples requested.
2. Fields for you or your supplier to update the ex-factory date and sample status.
3. The attached Tech Pack file (if one was added).
4. Shipment details – once the sample is ready, you or your supplier can complete the shipment section to generate a live tracking link. This link will allow you to have direct access to shipment updates from Rechain.

Reviewing the Received Sample

Once you receive the sample return to the Sample Request and complete the review across the following tabs:

1. Samples.
2. Measurements.
3. General Comment.
4. Attachments.

View All Sample Requests

To view a full list of all samples you've requested:

1. Go to the Samples dropdown in the main menu.
2. Click on Products.
3. Review your complete list of sample requests.
