Development Stages

The development stages of a product allow tracking the progress of each product's development.

To start using the development stages, it is necessary to create the list of main development steps that you want to follow at the brand level.

You can customize the list of Development Stages from the workspace settings.
(To access the workspace settings, click on the name of your workspace at the top left of your screen, then click on “Workspace Settings”.)



Then, in the “Workflows” section, click on (1) “Development Stages” to access the list of development stages.
Click on (2) “+ New Stage” to create a new stage.

Once your list of development stages is created, you can (1) reorganize the order of the stages, (2) rename or delete a development stage.

To assign a current development stage to a product, you need to open your product and click on the dropdown next to the name of the product. Here, you will find the list with all the development stages.

At the bottom of the "Details" tab of a product, you can also set and track the deadline for each development stage using the (1) target date and the (2) actual date.
To edit these dates, click on the (3) edit button of the related line.

The development stages and related dates can be also used in your trackers. By selecting the “Group by: Development Stage” presentation in a tracker, you can have a great overview of the progress of the development of the related collection.
