How to Bulk Import Identifiers Using an Excel File

To use this feature, click on the “Import Identifiers” button available in the “Products” tab of your workspace.

Next, click on (1) “Download sample file” to download the Excel template needed for the import to work correctly.

Once you have completed the Excel file with the identifiers to import, (2) select the file to use for the import in the designated area and click on (3) “Add Identifiers.”

Once the upload is complete, the new identifiers will be available in your workspace.

Note: If a product in the import Excel file does not exist in your Rechain database, the information will be automatically ignored during the import.
