How to replace a sketch while keeping the previously added annotations?

In some situations, you may have added a sketch in the "Sketches" tab of your product, but you need to replace this sketch with its latest version. In this situation, to avoid having to redo all your annotations, you can choose to use the sketch replacement function that will preserve the existing annotations. To do this, follow these steps:

In the "Sketches" tab, click on the (1) 🔄 button on the sketch you want to replace.
Select the sketch you want to use as a replacement in your file browser, then confirm.

→ Your new sketch has now been added to Rechain, and your annotations are still available on this sketch.

The annotations kept the positioning you initially assigned to them. If your new sketch is positioned differently from the previous one, you may need to readjust the positioning of your annotations.
